The TASL Agency: A host agency that actually hosts you.

The TASL Agency gives you the commission split you deserve, the training you've been missing, and a coach in your corner — created by a travel agent, for travel agents ready to Learn. Earn. Achieve. Dominate.

Let's be honest about most host agencies…

You sign up. You get a login portal and a "good luck."

Your questions sit in somebody's inbox for days.

The training is a folder of PDFs from 2019.

And the split? Don't get me started on the split.

You don't need another login, friend. You need a home.

Who is TASL for?

The Brand New Agent

You're ready to sell travel but don't know where to start. TASL hands you the blueprint: industry basics, system setup, your first booking, your first client — step by step, no guessing.

The Agent Ready to Switch

You're already booking, but your current host isn't hosting. Bring your business to TASL — and if you've got proof of $5K+ in commissions, you start at the Elite 90/10 split from day one. Your experience should count for something.

The Commission Split

Two simple tiers. Zero gotchas.

New to this? Here's how it works:

When your client books travel, the supplier (the cruise line, resort, or tour company) pays a commission on that booking. That commission is already built into the price of the trip. The "split" is simply how that commission gets divided between you and your host agency.

At TASL, the bigger number is ALWAYS yours.

Standard Agent — 80/20

Every agent starts here. You keep 80% of every commission you earn. Your work, your money.

Let's do the math:

Say your client books a $5,000 girls' trip and the supplier pays a 10% commission:

$5,000 × 10% = $500 commission earned

Standard agent (80/20): $500 × 80% = $400 in YOUR pocket ($100 to TASL)

Elite Agent — 90/10

Earn $5K+ in commissions in a year — or join with proof you've already done it — and you keep 90%. It's not a secret tier; it's a goal with your name on it.

Let's do the math:

Say your client books a $5,000 girls' trip and the supplier pays a 10% commission:

$5,000 × 10% = $500 commission earned

Elite agent (90/10): $500 × 90% = $450 in YOUR pocket ($50 to TASL)

One booking like that doesn't just cover your monthly access fee — it covers your whole quarter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to become a TASL agent?

Nope! TASL was built with brand-new agents in mind. Your dashboard includes the full new agent blueprint — understanding the industry, setting up your systems, learning how to book, and landing your first clients. And if you're an experienced agent? You'll skip ahead to the growth tools and supplier resources. There's a lane for you either way, friend.

What does it cost — and are there any hidden fees?

Your TASL Agency membership is $49.99/month plus a one-time $99 admin fee. That's it — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The only separate cost is TravelJoy, our CRM (see below). And let's keep it real: one booking — can cover your monthly fee and leave you with profit.

How does the commission split work?

Two simple tiers, zero gotchas. Every agent starts at 80/20 — you keep 80% of every commission you earn. Once you hit $5K in commissions in a year (or join us with proof you've already done it elsewhere), you become an Elite agent and keep 90%. Your work, your money.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out via direct deposit. Here's the part nobody tells new agents: travel suppliers don't pay agencies until after your client travels — so your commission arrives within 30–90 days after your client's travel date, once the supplier pays us. It's not a TASL thing, it's a travel industry thing — but we keep you informed every step of the way so you're never wondering where your money is.

Is the VIP Mentorship really included? What's the catch?

No catch — your agency membership includes full access to the TASL VIP Membership. That's live monthly trainings and coaching, Canva templates for promos and quotes, email scripts and captions, monthly marketing challenges, the private community, and a dashboard full of replays and resources. Other hosts charge extra for coaching like this. At TASL, hosting you and growing you are the same job.

What's TravelJoy, and does it cost extra?

TravelJoy is the CRM we use to keep your business organized — quotes, invoices, client forms, payment processing, and follow-ups, all automated like a pro. As a TASL agent you'll get an invitation to join under our agency. TravelJoy does charge its own separate monthly fee (paid directly by you to TravelJoy) — we're upfront about that because surprise fees are NOT what we do around here.

I'm already with another host agency. How do I switch to TASL?

First — welcome, we've been expecting you. Switching is simpler than it feels: join TASL, and we'll guide you through transitioning your business over, getting set up with our suppliers, and plugging into your new dashboard. And if you're coming in with proof of $5K+ in commissions, you start at the Elite 90/10 split from day one — your experience should count for something.

Can I do this part-time?

Absolutely. Many TASL agents build their travel business around a 9-to-5, family life, or both (me included — I built mine as a mom of four and working full time!). The systems, templates, and automation tools are designed to help you make the most of the hours you DO have. You set the pace; we provide the path.

Do I need an LLC or business license to start?

You can start learning and setting up as soon as you join — and your TASL onboarding walks you step-by-step through setting up your business properly, including your business entity and finances.

What if I join and TASL isn't the right fit?

No hard feelings, friend — this is a relationship, not a trap. When you join, you'll sign our Independent Travel Agent Contract (that's standard — it protects you, your clients, and the agency), but your membership itself is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We'd rather you find your right fit than feel stuck — that's the whole reason TASL exists.

Can I view the Independent Travel Agent Agreement before joining?
